Making Payments
The
Buyer agree to pay Associated Microsource America,Inc all
amounts due resulting from the purchase of your
account, including any finance charges and other charge due
under the terms of this agreement. Payment must be made in
US . dollars. Payment made by a negotiable instrument such
as cash, cashier's check, money order, company
check, personal check and credit cards must be in form
acceptable to us and be drawn on a US financial institution.

Changes In Terms
Terms
and conditions are subject to change at any time without
prior written notice, Please check all terms and conditions
each time. The Buyer place an order with or accept delivery
of any products from Associated Microsource America,Inc.
. Delivery of Goods
Associated
Microsource America,Inc should not be responsible for loss
or damage of ordered goods for delay of delivery.

Refund Policies
Associated
Microsource America,Inc offer all our customers a 30 days
money back guarantee satisfaction replacement or refund for
the most purchased products.
Except:
Associated
Microsource America,Inc will not accept refunds or
returns on all software , retail boxed merchandise,
notebook, printer cartridges, special ordered items,
manufacturer's and vender's items without return
policies or over manufacture warranty period
products.

Warranty
The
products sold by Associated Microsource America,Inc . All
products will be covered by manufacturer's products warranty
service policy. Physically damaged products will not accept
return. Associated Microsource America,Inc's obligation
under manufacturer's warranty is limited to repair or
replacement.

RMA Policies
Associated
Microsource America,Inc will not accept Products for RMA
without RMA Number, Serial Number and Invoice Number. RMA
Number must be displayed on the outside of package or else
package will be refused.RMA Number must be with
invoice copy and RMA Request Form. Item will ship after we
received RMA. DOA is effective for seven days.RMA Number
issued is Available for 15 days. Any physical damage
is considered as out of warranty. No refund or credit will
be given after 30 days from date of purchase invoice. The
most merchandise carry one year limited warranty .Please
read RMA policy and fill out RMA Form completely and
fax copy of original invoice along with this request.
